Operations Office Manager

Desola General Services Group is urgently seeking an Operations Office Manager to work at our office in Irvine, CA.

  • Run the entire office
  • Managing invoices
  • Assisting in the draw process
  • Creating and enforcing office policies and procedures
  • Hiring and firing of office staff
  • Managing 1 direct report
  • Completing any other tasks as assigned
  • Accounting tasks as necessary

Must Have Qualifications:
  • Experience managing direct reports
  • Previous office/administrative experience
  • Light bookkeeping skills
  • PLUS: familiarity with ADP payroll
  • PLUS: experience with ProCore software for project tracking
  • PLUS: background in construction or related industry
